Thai Yoga Massage

Rebalance Energy and Well-Being Through Gentle Stretching and Pressure

Thai Yoga Massage is a therapeutic and relaxing treatment performed on a floor mat, with the client wearing comfortable clothing. It is based on the 10 Sen energy lines, which channel the body's vital energy.

Using gentle pressure, palming techniques, and passive stretching, the massage stimulates connective tissues, releases blockages, and enhances the body’s natural healing potential. \n\nUnlike traditional Thai massage, Thai Yoga Massage applies softer pressure, allowing for deep relaxation and a complete release of both body and mind.

How does Thai Yoga Massage work?

  • Thai Yoga Massage is a therapeutic treatment that helps relieve back pain, neck pain, headaches, muscle pain, and stress. It is also highly effective in combating fatigue, restlessness, and promoting deep relaxation.

  • This technique increases the flexibility and stretchability of the body, helps correct poor posture, releases energy, and fosters a sense of oneness between body, mind, and soul.

  • Thai Yoga Massage is especially beneficial for those experiencing physical and emotional stress or struggling to deeply relax. It creates a safe, secure space to overcome energy blockages and restore inner balance.

  • For long-term results and benefits, it is recommended to undergo Thai Yoga Massage regularly, giving the body the necessary time for a lasting transformation.

The History of Thai Yoga Massage

The roots of Thai Yoga Massage trace back approximately 2,500 years to the time of Buddha in India.

Jivaka Kumar Bhacca is considered the founder of Thai Yoga Massage and was a prominent physician to King Bimbisara and a friend of Buddha in the Magadha Kingdom, present-day India.

It is believed that the teachings of Jivaka Kumar Bhacca, along with the teachings of Buddhism, reached Thailand around 2,200 years ago. There, they came into contact with the Chinese concept of acupuncture and other traditional forms of massage, resulting in the form of Thai Yoga Massage we know today.
